Abstract

|
A case of Rotor syndrome is presented in a 40-year-old Korean housewife with complaints of jaundice, dizziness, anorexia and easy fatigability.
There was no family history.
On the physical examination, anemia, jaundice and hepatomegaly were revealed.
Direct bilirubin (3.0mg%) was slightly increased than indirect bilirubin (2. 8mg %) and B.S.P. retention was 28% in 45 minutes and 13% in 1 hour respectively.
Pigment infilration in the hepatic cells were not observed and other microscopic findings of the liver were normal.
